The Still House Sessions thrills whiskey and music lovers alike with a series of monthly shows in one of Tennessee’s premiere distilleries, the Leiper's Fork Distillery. On September 27th we welcome hit songwriters Monty HolmesJenn Schott and Michael White to the Still House Sessions.

Monty Holmes has penned several hit songs for George Strait, including the chart topper “I Know She Still Loves Me,” the top five “When Did You Stop Loving Me,” and the GRAMMY nominated “Troubadour” and “House of Cash” from the GRAMMY award winning Album of the Year, Troubadour. Monty co-wrote Lee Ann Womack's debut single, “Never Again, Again,” as well as “What I Do the Best” for John Michael Montgomery. He has had cuts by Clay Walker, Neal McCoy, Lane Turner, Laura Bryna, the legendary Johnny Bush and George Jones. 

Jenn Schott's songs have been recorded by artists including Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts, The Eli Young Band, Gloriana, Jana Kramer, Lucy Hale, Francesca Battistelli, Jamie Lynn Spears, Billy Ray Cyrus, Pam Tillis, Lonestar, Kelleigh Bannen, and Restless Heart. Jenn co-wrote Mickey Guyton’s debut single, “Better Than You Left Me,” which was named one of Billboard’s 10 Best Country Songs of 2015. She also penned the title track of Tim McGraw’s Grammy nominated album, “Two Lanes of Freedom.” Jenn’s other past radio singles include Restless Heart’s “Feel My Way To You”, Katie Armiger’s “Unseen,” Billy Ray Cyrus’ “A Good Day,” and pop artist Lucy Walsh’s “1882.”

Michael White Songwriting success has been no stranger to Micheal White. Michael has received two ASCAP Airplay Awards for the #1 song The Baby by Blake Shelton and the top 10 Loving Every Minuteby Mark Wills. Over the years, he's had songs cut by Shania Twain, Brooks and Dunn, Alan Jackson, George Strait, Billy Currington, Kenny Chesney, Mark Wills, Trace Adkins, Sammy Kershaw, Hank Williams Jr,, Craig Campbell, Blake Shelton, John Anderson, Billy Ray Cyrus, Craig Morgan, Charlie Pride, Gene Watson, and Confederate Railroad. In June of 2013 Michael joined the Parallel Entertainment Music Group.

Reserved seating is $60.00, is limited and guarantees you premium seating. We do not currently allow you to select your seat. You will be seated upon arrival by hostess. Check-in at the front door of the Still House.
